Additional signs of sleep deprivation include:
unable to sleep after eating a full meal, or drinking caffeine. After 4pm, do not drink caffeine.
Suddenly becoming a night owl.
Waking up all during the night.
Watching the clock all night.
Falling asleep while watching TV, or reading a book.
Feeling exhausted all the time.
Sleeping later on weekends.
